Bee farms

For the creation of bee farms, the family will be leased ten bee hives with their healthy bee families, one pig, twenty birds, tree buds and seeds for their private land plots. The contract will be signed for a period of two years. The member family will annually pay back with forty kilograms of honey. At the end of the contract period, the bee hives will be returned to the organization.

The pigs and birds will be given on the agreement that after one year the member will return as many pigs and birds as initially received. The tree buds will given on the agreement that after four years the member will return as many tree buds as initially received. The seeds will be given without any agreement.

If the responsibilities mentioned in the contract are not met, the member has to compensate at the market value of the products that should have been returned.

The sponsor will monitor the member's performed tasks at any point during the contract period.

The member has the right to the milk and dairy products reaped during the period.

The member can also perform his/her duties before the end of the contract period, in which case the contract is considered null and void.

During the contract period, the member is liable with all his/her assets. If the animals are not returned in due time, the member will incur penalties.

The members of the local co-operative branch will also sign guarantee contracts which will additionally insure the possible losses.
